Come Sell or Shop!
The Humane Society of Bay County will be holding a yard sale at the shelter, 1600 Bay Avenue in Panama City on May 30th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. We are offering vendor spaces to anyone who wishes to join us!
The registration fee is considered your donation. You keep all of the profits from what you sell.

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event (Please plan ahead in case of inclement weather. HSBC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or displays).
All vendors will be allotted a space size of approx. 10 x 10 and will be approx. 6 feet apart due to the current social distancing requirements.
Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tent, and any other supplies.
Vendors are responsible for their own garbage and recyclables. This includes but is not limited to; cardboard, promotional items, and bagged garbage if it does not fit inside the receptacles provided.
The vendor setup is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. day of the event. It is recommended to be set up by 8:45 a.m. Breakdown starts at 1:00 p.m.
Electricity is NOT available.
No vending, solicitation, promotion or distribution of merchandise, products, or information will be allowed outside of assigned vending spaces.
Vendors selling merchandise/food must be in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
All Fees are non-refundable and are considered a donation to the HSBC. No refunds will be given for any reason.
Fundraising is not permitted without prior authorization. Must have a valid 501(c)(3).
Payment must be received within 24 hours or your spot will be forfeited.
